DESIGN &
INSTALLATION
Farmington worked closely with architectural practice Scott Brownrigg on the design of this state-of-the-art building featuring natural stone, glass, and stainless steel.
The brief was to create an elegant and modern building that complemented the existing St. James’s Place office.
We designed, manufactured, and installed all the natural stone ashlar, together with the wet cast concrete copings. We also designed and installed the support and restraint systems for the stonework in stainless steel.
The stone selection on this project was key and Farmington assisted the client in choosing the Hartham Park Bath Stone mine for its wonderfully warm feel, its durability, and of course, its high quality.
In 2017, the building was shortlisted by Insider South West Property Awards 2017 for Office Development of the Year.
